How to prepare your home for a Beauté session

Our professionals arrive fully equipped. Here’s the small amount of preparation that makes a big difference to your experience.

One of the best things about a Beauté session is that you barely have to prepare. Our professionals arrive with everything they need — products, equipment, and a hygiene-certified kit. But a few small things on your end make the experience significantly better.

For hair services

Have a chair available near a power socket. If you’re booking a blowout or styling service, slightly damp (not soaking) hair saves time. Have a towel on hand. That’s genuinely it.

For nail services

A table and two chairs is ideal. Good lighting helps — near a window works well. If you’re having a pedicure, a small basin for soaking is useful but not required (our professionals handle this). Remove any existing nail polish beforehand if you’d like to save time.

For massage and spa services

A clear floor space is ideal. Our professionals bring their own massage table. A comfortable room temperature and some privacy makes the experience more relaxing. Having a towel and a blanket on hand is always appreciated.

For makeup

Natural light is best, so near a window is ideal. A chair at a table works well. If you’ve been asked for reference photos, have them ready in the app.
