Client Cancellations
- Cancel for free up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- No cancellations are permitted within 6 hours of the service time.
- If you are unavailable or unresponsive at the time of service, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds are systematically credited directly to your Beauté Wallet within a maximum of 7 days.
