- Service Provider: Any independent salon, beauty studio, or individual beauty expert officially registered within the application to perform beauty treatments.
- Client: Any individual customer utilizing the software application to search, discover, and secure bookings.
- Services: The collective catalog of beauty, styling, nail, and wellness treatments performed through platform coordinates.
2. Registration and Use of the App
- You are legally obligated to supply precise, absolute, and transparent credentials during the registration window, maintaining the accuracy of your profile details on an ongoing basis.
- Beauté reserves sole discretion to investigate, validate, authorize, or decline any provider application baseline based on its internal service metrics and corporate criteria.
- The platform must never be utilized for unauthorized operations, illicit logistics, or any activities that actively breach Beauté’s operational guidelines.
3. Service Provision
- The service provider is required to execute premium-tier beauty treatments matching the descriptions, quality, and strict pricing published inside their public app catalog.
- The service provider bears absolute operational accountability for prompt fulfillment, and must refrain from making erratic session cancellations without appropriate notice.
- Every individual client must be served with respect, premium hospitality, and absolute professionalism. User-submitted complaints will be verified thoroughly by app management.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Service providers evaluate and lock their own service rates. Prices must be clean and visible, and they cannot be altered after a client has completed a booking.
- Beauté holds the transactional right to subtract platform commission percentages from gross appointment values based on pre-agreed partner rates.
- Net earnings will be systematically deposited to your documented bank index according to the payment schedules defined by Beauté finance teams.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients reserve the legal right to reverse appointments or seek financial restitution strictly within the parameters governed by the platform cancellation guidelines.
In scenarios where a provider shows unexcused lateness or clears a booking window without acceptable advanced notice, Beauté management maintains the authority to apply policy enforcement actions. This includes issuing administrative fines or executing temporary profile suspensions.
6. Ratings and Reviews
- Clients possess complete authority to publish experience ratings and qualitative feedback regarding their treatments, which must be received constructively and with respect.
- Service providers are strictly barred from manipulating rating metrics, utilizing coercive tactics, or generating artificial positive testimonials.
- Beauté platform administrators retain all rights to audit, censor, or drop text feedback deemed highly abusive, fraudulent, or profane.
7. Liability
The registered provider carries total operational and legal liability for treatment execution quality, sanitization protocols, and the code of conduct displayed by their field personnel.
Beauté explicitly disclaims legal accountability for direct peer-to-peer friction or operational damages arising between standard clients and independent salon agents. However, our internal conflict management unit may choose to intervene to achieve balance in accordance with internal corporate regulations.
8. Amendments to Terms
Beauté preserves all unilateral rights to update or modify these structural guidelines at any time. Partner operations will be given adequate notification regarding policy changes via inside application notices or directly to their registered email index.
